Research interests

puce Our group focuses on understanding mechanisms of microbial infection and corresponding host defense responses using Drosophila as a model system. Our team has established strong collaborative links with the Frédéric Boccard's team.

puce We are also hosting a genome-wide in vivo RNAi screening facility to identify new genes involved in four biological functions : immunity, circadian rythm, epigenetism and cell polarity. We are working in collaboration with the teams of François Rouyer (NGI- INAF, Gif-sur-Yvette), Christophe Antonievsky (Institut Pasteur, Paris) et François Schweisguth (ENS, Paris).
